Alexander Ryzhkov, a Russian billionaire and former general of the GRU (Russian Military Intelligence Directorate), conducted a covert operation for his best childhood friend, the Russian Prime Minister. The CIA thwarted the operation and killed many Russian intelligence operatives, including his brother. Now Ryzhkov is out for revenge.
He offers a former CIA station chief money in exchange for the CIA operatives’ names, including Mark Ericksen. Armed with this intelligence, he launches his vendetta to assassinate the CIA team.
