Mystery on Twin Lakes- A Chief Keplar Case by Russell Warnberg

Chief Keplar is a World War two veteran. It is the 1950’s and Keplar needs a job and finds one as a Chief of Police in a quiet small town in Minnesota. It wasn’t quiet for long. A body is found on the shores of Twin Lakes that leads to an intense investigation. It is during the investigation that he meets a beautiful reporter for the Minneapolis Newspaper. This leads to a romantic relationship.
