Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
A retired Mechanical Engineer, I have worked and lived in several countries before settling in the US. I have written a sequel to the first book; see below.
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
"Special Edition: A Drug Dealer's Dead End." This is a sequel to my first novel.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
None.
What authors, or books have influenced you?
Fredrick Forsythe, Jeffrey Archer, John Grisham, Ken Follette. Dan Silva.
What are you working on now?
My third novel, to complete the trilogy. It will be titled along these lines "Late Edition: ....."
What is your best method or website when it comes to promoting your books?
Mainly through paid ads on Facebook (I have a separate account under Author Prakash Dighe).).

Mainly FB and Twitter.
Do you have any advice for new authors?
It is a long haul before you achieve a degree of success. But do not give up on your dream.
What is the best advice you have ever heard?
Similar to the one above that I am now giving!
What are you reading now?
"To Die For." By David Baldacci.
What’s next for you as a writer?
Keep writing as long as I can. It gives me great satisfaction, even though it's not a source of income.
