I started writing poetry in high school. Reading, music, storytelling, and movies became some of my most consuming passions, all of which set me on a lifelong path exploring creativity. For me, poetry and music form the basis upon which all imagination and storytelling unfold. I have self-published four books to date. What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it? My latest published work is an eBook, titled “Send the Master Down in Person: Reflections on Adolf Eichmann.” This annotated poem is a tribute to my parent’s generation. It pays homage to those who fought for the Allies and to those who contributed to the Allies’ war effort against the Axis powers. While it is about Adolf Eichmann, it also refers to the evil that existed in the world, especially the horror unleashed by Nazi Germany, and the hell that Hitler and his ilk waged against humanity. The poem reveals a critical raison d’être of the war. It touches upon the importance of and the sacrifices made by the Greatest Generation in defeating this dreadful scourge of genocide, and its ability to vanquish such insufferable barbarity. Do you have any unusual writing habits? No, when I am in the writing phase of a story I try to write on a daily basis. Usually, I start early in the morning and sometimes write until noontime. Lewis, and I am happy to say that these writers are my heroes who inspire me to write stories that enchant, terrify, and hopefully entertain my readers. What are you working on now? I am working on writing the second trilogy, “the Pilgrim”, of a planned nine-book series called “The Immortality Wars”. It is a sci-fi, fantasy, and spiritual thriller that is based upon Christian themes. The first book of the second trilogy is written and in the care of my editor. I have started researching for the fifth book in the series. What is your best method or website when it comes to promoting your books? Build a team of individuals around you who are experts at what they do and trust them for their expertise. What is the best advice you have ever heard? Set a daily goal of words to write and stick to it. What are you reading now? I am currently reading some biographies and books on political issues. What’s next for you as a writer? I want to complete “The Immortality Wars” series. However, I have three other novels I would like to write. One is about the American Civil War, the second one is a supernatural thriller, and the third is a mystery thriller. If you were going to be stranded on a desert island and allowed to take 3 or 4 books with you what books would you bring? I would like to have five [Sorry!]: Tolkien, C. S. Lewis, William Shakespeare, John Milton, and the Bible.

After all my time in the industry, my most rewarding role was serving as mentor to the young employees in her company – guiding them through the corporate maze.
